J3A’s 2025 Christmas Trip to Dublin
Being a small business doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate properly.
For our 2025 Christmas trip, we teamed up with the guys over at DSB Consultancy and headed across to Dublin for a well-earned end-of-year celebration.
After a busy year, it was a brilliant opportunity to switch off, enjoy plenty of live music, some good food, a few Guinness and, of course, plenty of proper Irish craic.
At J3A, we genuinely believe in working hard and playing hard. Recruitment can be demanding, so when people put the effort in and contribute throughout the year, it’s important that those efforts are recognised and rewarded.
The trip was a great way to celebrate what we had achieved, spend time together away from the office and finish the year on a high.
There were a few tired faces on the journey home, but Dublin certainly didn’t disappoint.
