Our Armed Forces Covenant pledge
We confirmed J3A’s Armed Forces Covenant pledge in September 2026. As a former soldier, I know a person’s skills do not always translate neatly from military language into a civilian job description.
Veterans and service families should get a fair chance to show what they can do. That includes looking beyond a title and understanding responsibility, discipline, adaptability and experience under pressure.
This pledge is a commitment I want us to put into practice through the way we speak to, support and represent people.
