Our mission at J3A is simple: to do recruitment properly, and consistently. Those last two words matter. Anyone can make one good call or send one decent CV.
The standard is in what happens every day: understanding a vacancy, telling a candidate the truth, following up when promised and admitting when something is not right.
I would rather be judged by those habits than by a glossy claim about changing the industry. The aim is to be useful and dependable, one conversation at a time.
