Danny Completes His Probation
Danny joined J3A as a fresh face with some previous recruitment experience, having worked for a business focused on supplying drivers.
Moving into the water and engineering sectors was always going to be a completely new challenge, but he took to the market quickly, built his knowledge and started picking up some good wins along the way.
One of the best parts of growing J3A is being able to pass on the experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the years. However, seeing someone listen, put that advice into practice and begin to reap the rewards is when it really matters.
Danny has become a big help with the day-to-day running of the business and has supported me in filling plenty of our live positions. He’s continued to grow in confidence, develop his recruitment skills and become a valuable part of the team.
More importantly, he’s a top lad to have around the office and always good for a laugh.
A fully deserved probation pass and hopefully the first milestone of many with J3A.
