Why we are broadening our sector focus
J3A was built in utilities and water. As we’ve grown, we’ve seen the same engineering and project delivery skills needed in civil infrastructure, manufacturing and mission critical environments.
That overlap makes sense to me. The language can change between sectors, but good planning, technical judgment, accountability and delivery are recognisable wherever you go.
We are broadening our reach carefully, using what we know and learning the detail of each market. If a candidate has experience that transfers, I want to help an employer see it clearly.
