Our new home in Warrington
We moved into a new office in central Warrington in January 2026. It gave the business a base for the team and a place to build the next stage of J3A.
An office does not make a recruitment company good. The conversations, follow through and standards do. But having a place to work together, challenge each other and stay close to the detail has mattered to me.
For an independent business, it felt like another step forward and another reminder to keep earning the progress we make.
