Danny joins the business
March 2025 was another important step for J3A when Danny joined the team. Bringing somebody into a small business changes the dynamic quickly: there is more capacity, more responsibility and a bigger reason to put good processes in place.
Danny came in to support delivery and candidate work. It meant we could spend more time getting to know people properly and keep closer contact across the roles we were working.
