J3A Recruitment opens its doors
I started J3A Recruitment in February 2023 with a pretty simple ambition: do recruitment properly and do it consistently. I wanted to build a business that clients and candidates could rely on, where a straight answer matters more than a polished pitch.
The name means something personal to me. J3A represents me, my partner and our two daughters. This was never just a logo on an office wall; it was something I wanted to build with pride and responsibility.
We started with a focus on the water industry and the people who make projects happen. That remains a big part of who we are.
